I seriously need some help doing tuck no handers. I can Tuck tire grab, and plain old tuck. I'm tucking right, but I just can't let go for some reason. I'm getting plenty of air to do them, just I don't have the mentality to let go. Any tips guys?

just for get about landing just go in the air and huck your arms out lol...you dont really wanna tuck them you more wanna throw them into your waist and throw your hand out where ever you wanna throw them

Yeah I put the bars in my waist, as per the bruises on my hip lol. I guess I'm just sketched out on not getting my hands back on , or the bars turning on me.

the bars wont turn enough to mess you up the might just scare you a little you throw them right above your hips like in the stomachy area lol tuck nos are kinda hard to explain try to learn them fly out on say a 6ft quarter something that shoots your real high so theres less efort to get higher and it might make it a little easier to throw the tuck dont really like tuck it let the bars float into your waist

Well I'm going to the park tomorrow. Should I try them on a box, foam pit, or ressie?

what did you learn them on?....i just learned to do them off of flat bank fun boxes

its a 100% yeasier on boxes or fly outs....my friend julio-hes mexican lol- he does them on flat ground like super tucked its crazy

Yeah I can kinda get them flat. My buddy Devin can flat tuck no hander fully extended. I like just let go of the bars and barely get them off at all lol.
